Mail.ru says to start introducing hybrid mode of work from April

MOSCOW, Mar 30 (PRIME) -- Russian Internet company Mail.ru Group will launch a new concept of work, Make Really Good (MRG), so that every employee can choose his regime of work – at office, online or a hybrid – with the transition starting in April, the company said on Tuesday in a statement.

“We’ve decided to switch fully to the hybrid mode of work with a new philosophy – MRG: Make Really Good. We’re returning to an absolutely new space: it is built in the way that the colleagues could think about projects together from where they find it the best at the moment,” Vice President Dmitry Smyslov said.

Employees will choose the mode of work after agreeing it with their heads and will be able to change it on mutual consent.
